2. Scope of application

These terms and conditions regulate the use of the website www.realmedsimulators.com and the purchase of products through this platform. By making a purchase, the customer expressly accepts these terms.

3. Purchasing and Payments

  • Prices: All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • Accepted methods of payment: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer and PayPal.
  • Updating of prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. If there is an error in the price of a product, we will inform the customer before processing the order to confirm whether they wish to proceed with the purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery Times

  • Domestic shipping (mainland Spain): 3-5 working days.
  • Shipping to the EU: 5-10 working days.
  • International shipping: 10-20 working days, depending on destination.
  • Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout depending on the destination and weight of the order.
  • Delivery delays: Oniria Animaciones y Creaciones S.L. is not responsible for delays due to causes beyond our control, such as customs or force majeure events.

5. Return and Refund Policy

5.1. Right of Withdrawal

  • You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, provided that the item has not been used and is in its original packaging.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to sales@realmedsimulators.com indicating your order number and reason for return.

5.2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Products used or showing signs of use (especially medical simulators).
  • Customised products or products made to specific orders.

5.3. Return Procedure

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with the purchase receipt.
  • The return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless it is due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Upon receipt and review of the product, the refund will be processed within 10 working days.

6. Product Warranty

  • Medical simulators are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of delivery.
  • This warranty exclusively covers damage that occurs due to defects in workmanship or materials under correct use and proper maintenance (according to operating instructions). Any damage resulting from non-compliance with these instructions is not covered.
  • If you detect a manufacturing defect, please send an email to sales@realmedsimulators.com during the warranty period.

Procedure for claiming the guarantee:

  1. Send an email with a description of the problem and pictures of the defect.
  2. REALMED SIMULATORS will determine whether the product should be sent for repair, replacement or refund.

7. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Inform the carrier at the time of delivery and note the damage on the delivery note.
  • Take photographs of the damage and send them to sales@realmedsimulators.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Depending on the case, a replacement or refund may be offered.

8. Protection of Personal Data

  • Oniria Animaciones y Creaciones S.L. complies with Organic Law 3/2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • The data provided will be used exclusively for the management of your order and, if you have given your consent, for sending commercial communications.
  • You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by sending an e-mail to info@realmedsimulators.com.

9. Advertising and Commercial Communications

  • We will only send commercial communications to customers who have given their prior consent.

  • In case of dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts of Malaga, Spain.
